We live abroad. Can you plan our wedding remotely?
Yes, most of our couples do. We work through video calls and email, and we handle everything on the ground: vendors, language, logistics and site visits. You’ll see the venue and the details through us until you arrive, and we’re there when you do.

What’s the difference between full planning and wedding coordination?
Full planning covers the whole project: vendor selection, creative direction, budget, timeline and guest management, with our team on site on the day. Wedding coordination is for couples who have already organized most of it: we step in a couple of months before, review every detail with your vendors, and run the day itself.

Where in Italy do you work?
All over Italy. Travel and accommodation for the team are quoted separately, based on the destination and agreed with you in advance, so there are no surprises.

How far in advance should we get in touch?
Ideally 12 to 18 months before the wedding, and earlier if you’re set on a peak date such as June or September. If your date is closer, write to us anyway: availability changes, and we’ll tell you honestly what’s possible.
